Carly has extensive expertise in NDIS support coordination, complex case management, mental health, and community services. She has a strong understanding of the NDIS and significant experience working with the NDIA, supporting participants and families to navigate complex systems and participant complexity across the country.
Carly holds qualifications in Counselling, Mental Health, Community Services, Aged and Health Care and is committed to person-centred, trauma-informed practice. Delivering a compassionate approach, strong advocacy skills, and ability to achieve positive outcomes that promote independence, wellbeing, and community participation.
In her downtime, Carly enjoys quality time with family (including fur babies) and attending as many music concerts as possible.
